The Car Show Entrant Details
What you need to know:
- Open to all Cars 1975 and earlier
- Entrants by Sept. 1st receive an Event Shirt, Dash Plaque & Goodiebag
after Sept. 1 will receive items subject to availablity
- $25.00 Car Show Entry
- Event is a benefit for Fence at the Top
- Attendance last year was approx. 4500
- This is the Third Annual Chili N’ Wheels
- Event is located at 555 Rohnert Park Expressway in the parking lot of the theater
- As you enter the parking lot please follow the signs and staff will get you
checked in and parked.
- At check in you will receive your dash plaque, t-shirts, goodie bag and your
DO NOT TOUCH sign and number for your car. The numbers will be used
by the public and vendors to vote for your car during the day.
- Set-up time is from 7am to 9:30am.
- There will be no saving spaces please arrive early and together if you would
like to park next to each other.
- Event is from 10am to 4pm . Please no early outs during event.
- All cars registered by September 1st receive a T-Shirt, Dash Plaque and Goodie Bag.
If you would like extra event shirts please mark on your registration the # of shirts and sizes and included that in your check with your registration fee.
- First come First serve , we have room for 150 cars only.
- We will park all cars in a single parking space with close to a single space
between each car
- It is highly recommended that you bring a pop-up tent and any extra tables
and chairs that might be needed.
- There will be Six Award Catagories given out to cars entered into the event. They are the following. Coolest Ride (Sponsored by Del Secco Gelato) Hottest Engine ( Sponsored by RPM Motors) Best of Show (Sponsored by IBL ) People’s Choice ( Sponsored by FatDogg Productions) Vendors Choice ( Fence at the Top ) Most Electric ( Sposored by Ryeff Electric).
- Judging will be done by a panel of eight judges from local businesses for the following categories Coolest Ride, Hottest Engine, Best of Show, Most Electric.
- For the other two categories Popular Vote and Vendor Vote, we will be handing out ballots to the public and vendors to vote . As they walk around they will fill out there ballot and drop it off at the IBL booth next to the main stage.
- All Winners will be announce at 2:30 pm and awarded there trophies and pictures taken.
- Each participant is responsible for clean-up of their space at the end of the event
- This event includes a Free Chili Testing, Free Classic Car Show, a Free Kids Fun Zone, Live Music, Beer Garden, Raffles, Armchair QB Challenge with NFL football players and much much more.
- We will have seven large raffle prizes this year that you can enter for individually so you have a better chance of winning something you would like to have. The seven catagoeies are Sports, Wine, Beer, Spa, Car, Golf and Family. Look for updates on our website for what will be in these packages. Winners will be announced every ½ hour starting at 12:30.
